Find the centre of the belt by holding the belt in the middle with the ends hanging evenly.
 
Place the centre of the belt against your belly button. Wrap it around once and bring both ends back to the front; left end showing on top and the right underneath (this way you don’t get a twist around your side or back)

 

Bring the left end over the right and then up between your waist and the belt. Pull firmly on both ends to secure and make sure they are even.
 
Now it is right over left looping the right back up through

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once looped through, pull to tighten
 

Ensure that the lengths are even and that any stripes are facing the front.

What you will be left with is a neat little reef style knot that won't shake loose during training.
